Splendid is a fully licensed company that has project supervisors all throughout Los Angeles County, Orange County and Ventura county who are experts in Room Additions, Kitchen and Bathroom remodeling, Patios, and general renovation. We have both interior and exterior remodeling crews to fit the needs of all of our customers.

Splendid construction has a responsibility to our customers. Upon signing a contract with us, we will make sure that each step is taken to ensure all necessary permits are in order before work begins, and that your project will be completed by the date agreed. Each customer will have a project manager assigned to them and their project who will be given the task of overseeing the entire process. Our objective is to make sure your project flows smoothly, according to plan, up to all city codes, and of course in a timely manner.
